SOOOOOOO what do you get at 7:00 in the morning???? Believe it or not a happy happy family. Because of crazy schedules the only time we could all get together before Aubrey & Jon's wedding Sat was at 7:00am!!!!!!!!! I know everyone is shocked that I can operate a camera that early... program baby program! Kidding... we really did have fun... and what a beautiful kiddo. The fact that he was happy this morning blew me away but he was. He even liked Daniel enough to want to chill with him for a while. I thought this would be a great start to the catching up process from being so far behind! Soon to come, weddings, bridals & kidos... OH MY! Thanks Jon & Aubrey for waking up so early and cheesing it for me. I am so excited for you guys Sat will be a blast. Can't wait to see Parker in his suit....... be still my heart!!!!

Bare with me

Hang on... I promise posts and a completely new style of blog. For a long time I havent like the way my blog is layed out... but I haven't wanted to have a blog like everyone elses either ( I am not sure this is how it will look). I have not (as you know)devoted much time to it at all. I am hoping to change all of that. While waiting for images to covert, resized & upload hopefully I will get my act together and post the many wonder photos I have taken of people over the last month! Man am I behind.... I promise to try to be better!!!!!!

MIchelle & Kris are getting married!!!

Wedding season has hit with a vengance.... and I'm loving it! I love this time of year when things are really rolling. This Saturday is a wedding that Daniel and I have been looking forward to for a while... Michelle and Kris! Such a fabulous couple... easygoing, laid back, fun and drop dead gorgeous!!!! This will me such a wonderful day I just know it. Their union will unite two family and cause one heck of a party. Good luck you two your gonna love being married. One of the best parts I will finally get to post a few of Michelle's awesome bridal!!!!

Special Olympians

Oh be still my heart!!! I just spent 2 1/2 hours with the greatest kiddos ever! Today kicked off the special olympics for West Texas and these athletes ROCK! I was priveleged to go to the rollerskating events today and they were tons better than anything in Italy.... I promise! Can't really show the stars of the show but they are angels. I have never photographed so many smiling faces. Joy was everywhere. If you ever have the opportunity you must attend a meet. Tomorrow we have swimming and I can't wait.

Cotton Center Jr./Sr. Prom

Oh what fun!!!! Daniel & I went out to what use to be County Line and had a blast at the Prom. No he didn't get me a corsage..sniff sniff! It was so wonderful seeing everyone all dolled up in their dresses and tuxs! Oh the memories. This prom was much better than I remember mine being, they even had romantic carriage rides. It seemed as if they were all geered up for some serious booty shaking. I hope everyone had a marvelous time.

Special thanks to Aaron from Spirit Ranch for taking Daniel and I on a lovely ride! We really enjoyed it!

Mr. Blake Wilson!!!!

A couple of weeks ago I had the ultimate pleasure of photographing Blake... an abosolute doll!!! It doesn't hurt that Daniel and I think his parents are the "bomb"! This kid has it made, if ever there were some groovy parents they would be it. I can't wait to watch this little firecracker have them on the run... I'll be in the background laughing. He is soooo adorable and already has so much personality people say its gas but this kid was smiling the whole time. Thanks Melissa and Bill and congratulations... he is such a joy!!!!

My Granny

Meet my granny, Frances Carroll, the most amazing Granny in the world. This woman has been my inspiration my whole life. She is independant, zealous, a true Proverbial woman, and a total nut. Everywhere she goes she lights the joint up and I am so proud of her. She needed a picture for the Past President Wall at the retirement community where she lives... yep, that's right - she was the Commander in Chief. It's amazing that she has always found time to take care of everyone in her family. She was a full time minister from Melrose, New Mexico to New Castle, Deleware, and she has never stopped. She always thinks of others before herself. I love her more than the world and I am just glad to get tot tell the world about her. Hey it's my blog I can talk about whatever I want right?

Millie & Georgie

A couple of months ago...yes I am still playing catch up... I photographed Ms. Millie & Ms. Georgie! This was the fourth time to have the honor with Millie and my first time to meet Georgie. These two girls come from two of my favorite people in the world. They really couldn't have asked for better more devoted parents than Mark & Katie. I think their grandparents might be a LITTLE crazy about them too. Millie has such a vivacious personality and keeps you laughing. She absolutely adored her ballerina dress and spinning. But even though she loves being a pretty princess she is just as crazy about being outside with her goats too. A true West Texas gal... even if she is in Ohio now! I think her little sis will be right there with her getting into everything they can... she just has to get crawling first. Thanks guys as always it was a blast!

Jessica & Brandon

Jessica & Brandon were married in Midland March 4th. Shayla and I had a blast with everyone. I knew the day would be fun when I went golfing with the guys; especially when Soji hit the ground... thanks for the great photo opp. Jess & Brandon were one of those couples who were completely fixated on eachother from the time the saw eachother, until they drove away. The entire day you would actually have to say "Brandon I know Jess looks amazing but could you look at me for one photo?" HA! We didn't mind... we love to watch people who adore eachother. The wedding was great and the reception was a blast. Even a congo line that made it around the whole Petroleum Club, (they know how to party!) It was wonderful! Jess & Brandon: may you always be captivated by eachother.... I know you will!!!!
